Can someone be saved as long as he refuses to believe that Jesus is the Son of God?

The Bible gives a clear answer to this important question: "He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him" (John 3:36). Let us not entertain false hopes of salvation. If you have heard the gospel message, you can either trust in Jesus, the Son of God, or reject him. If you believe in him, you have eternal life; if not, you are lost.
